Order Processing Time

All apparel orders are processed within 2-3 business days, barring AOP orders that are processed within 4-5 working days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Our fulfillment time is an estimate and there might be delays that are beyond our control but we will keep you updated about such events.

The estimated delivery time for Standard (surface/air) Shipping is 6-9 business days

 

Our Shipping Partners

We generally use Blue Dart Airor Blue Dart Surface as our shipping partners to deliver your products. In certain cases, depending on pin-code serviceability we might use other courier services such as DHL, Delhiveri, India Post et al.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active once your order is picked up by our delivery partner from our warehouse.

Cash On Delivery

We regret to inform you that Cash on Delivery (COD) service is currently unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

• Pin code not serviceable
• COD amount is not ready
• Customer not contactable
• Incomplete address
• Customer refused delivery
• Future delivery requested by the customer
• Door/premises/office closed

Damages In Transit

Vibe 69 is not liable for any products damaged or lost in transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
