Vibe 69 Returns / Exchange Policy
At Vibe 69, we take pride in offering printed products made specifically for you. As each item is personalized and crafted against your unique order, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 4 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or exchange.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 days of delivery. For replacements or exchange, send us unboxing videos and pictures of the product showing the defects along with the original packaging images.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
If you would like to exchange or return a product due to a wrong size being ordered or without any defects, would be handled at your expense by placing a new order.
If there are any size discrepancies, the images of the product along with the size measurement should be provided to check with our production team.
When you sign for the delivery by the courier, please inspect for any damage to the packaging and mention it in the remarks section.
